Aatrox
  • Massacre 
  • Bonus attack range increased to 225 from 175.
Azir
  • Stats 
    • Base health increased to 540 from 524.4. 
    • Base health regeneration reduced to 6.9 from 6.924. 
    • Base movement speed increased to 335 from 325.
  • Conquering Sands
    • Base damage increased from 65 / 85 / 105 / 125 / 145 to 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190. 
    • AP ratio reduced to 30% AP from 50% AP. 
    • Cast range reduced to 720 from 875. 
    • Collision radius increased by 35 units. 
    • Cooldown changed to 11 / 9.5 / 8 / 6.5 / 5 seconds from 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6. 
    • Tooltip no longer mentions that the slow stacks if hit by multiple soldiers.
  • Arise! 
    • Soldier stab base damage changed to 60 - 185 (based on level) from 50 - 195 (based on level). 
    • Recharge time reduced to 8 / 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 / 6 seconds from 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6. 
    • Cast range increased to 500 from 450. 
    • Soldier duration increased to 10 seconds from 9. 
    • Soldier basic attack command cast time reduced to 0.35 seconds from 0.5. 
    • Soldier deactivation range reduced to 660 from 800. 
    • REMOVED: Soliders being able to attack wards or trinkets. 
    • NEW EFFECT: Passive attack speed is now doubled to 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120% while Azir has 3 soldiers active, which falls off after 5 seconds.
  • Shifting Sands 
    • Shield is now granted instantly instead of only upon colliding with a champion. 
    • NEW EFFECT: Shield now scales with 70% AP. 
    • Shield duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 4. 
    • NEW EFFECT: If Azir hits an enemy champion, he gains a charge of Arise!.
  • Emperor's Divide 
    • Cooldown reduced to 120 / 105 / 90 seconds from 140 / 120 / 100. 
    • Wall size increased to 5 / 6 / 7 soldiers from 4 / 5 / 6. 
    • REMOVED: The wall no longer knocks back any enemy who attempts to pass through once stationary, although still functions as impassible terrain. Still knocks back during the charge.

  • Pillar of Flame 
    • NEW EFFECT: Restores 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 mana for each unit killed by Pillar of Flame.

Caitlyn
  • Stats 
    • Base health reduced to 475 from 524.4. 
    • Health growth increased to 85 from 80. 
    • Base attack speed increased to 0.568 from 0.543. 
    • Base attack delay reduced to 0.1 from 0.15. 
    • Attack speed growth increased to 4% from 2%.

  • Headshot 
    • Passive starting bonus attack speed reduced to 10% from 15%. Level 1 attack speed is still 0.625. 
    • NEW EFFECT: Can affect turrets.
  • Piltover Peacemaker 
    • Damage to targets beyond the first increased to 67% from 50%.
  • Yordle Snap Trap 
    • Mana cost increased to 30 from 20. 
    • Headshot bonus damage increased to 40 / 90 / 140 / 190 / 240 from 10 / 55 / 100 / 145 / 190. 
    • Headshot AD ratio changed to 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100% bonus AD from 60% AD at all ranks. 
    • Trap duration reduced to 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 seconds at all ranks from 90. 
    • Recharge time reduced to 30 / 22 / 16 / 12 / 10 seconds from 45 / 32.5 / 20 / 12.5 / 10. 
    • Vision duration reduced to 3 seconds from 8.
Janna
  • Stats 
    • Base health increased to 525 from 487.04. 
    • Health growth reduced to 70 from 78. 
    • Base attack damage reduced to 46 from 51.956. 
    • Attack damage growth reduced to 1.5 from 2.95. 
    • Attack speed per level increased to 2.95 from 2.61 
    • Base attack delay reduced to 0.08 from 0.1. 
    • Base attack range increased to 550 from 475. 
    • Basic attack missile speed increased to 1600 from 1200. 
  • Tailwind 
    • Bonus movement speed reduced to 5% from 8%. 
    • NEW EFFECT: Janna also benefits from Tailwind. 
    • NEW EFFECT: Janna's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage equal to 35% of her bonus movement speed.
  • Howling Gale 
    • Mana cost reduced to 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 from 90 / 105 / 120 / 135 / 150. 
    • Cooldown changed to 12 seconds at all ranks from 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10. 
    • Base range increased to 1000 from 850 
    • Bonus range per second charged reduced to 25% from 35%. 
    • NEW EFFECT: Howling Gale now always reaches its destination in 1.5 seconds.
  • Zephyr 
    • Range reduced to 550 er from 600 cr. 
    • Cooldown reduced to 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds from 12 at all ranks. 
    • Bonus movement speed reduced to 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10% from 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 / 17%.
       
  • Eye of the Storm 
    • Cooldown increased to 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 seconds from 10 at all ranks. 

Malphite


  • Brutal Strikes 
    • Armor increase reduced to 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% to 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35%. 
    • NEW EFFECT: While Granite Shield is active, this bonus is tripled.
Vayne
  • Tumble 
    • Bonus damage increased to 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% AD from 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% AD. 
    • REMOVED: Bonus damage being able to crit. 
  • Silver Bolts 
    • True damage reduced to 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12% of target's maximum health from 6 / 7.5 / 9 / 10.5 / 12%. 
    • Minimum true damage changed to 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 from 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120. 
  • Final Hour 
    • NEW EFFECT: The duration of Final Hour is extended by 4 seconds whenever a champion damaged by Vayne dies within 3 seconds. Final Hour's duration cannot be increased beyond its original maximum duration.
Veigar
  • Stats 
    • Base health regeneration increased to 1.3 from 1.0848. 
    • HP regen per level increased to 0.12 to 0.11 
    • Base attack range increased range increased from 525 to 550
  • Dark Matter 
    • NEW EFFECT: The base cooldown is reduced by 0% - 99.99% (based on Phenomenal Evil stacks). This stacks multiplicitively with cooldown reduction. 

Xin Zhao

  • General 
  • New animations.

  • New ability icons.
  • Determination - NEW INNATE. Repurposed Battle Cry's Passive. 
    • INNATE: Every third hit deals bonus physical damage and restores health. 
    • NEW EFFECT: Damage and heal component share the same counter. Both now stack on hit. 
    • REMOVED: Damage component's clasification as critical strike damage. 
    • Bonus damage changed to 20 / 40 / 60 / 80% AD from 25 / 37.5 / 50 / 62.5 / 75% AD. 
    • Heal's base value changed to 8 - 59 (based on level) from 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50. 
    • Heal's AD ratio changed to 10% AD from 20% bonus AD.
  • Three Talon Strike - Q 
    • Base damage per hit reduced to 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 from 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 
    • AD ratio per hit changed to 40% bonus AD from 20% AD.
  • Wind Becomes Lightning - NEW W 
    • ACTIVE: Xin Zhao performs two swift strikes over a bonus second period, the first dealing physical damage to all enemies in an arc and the second dealing a greater amount of damage and slowing all enemies in a line for 50% for 1.5 seconds. Wind Becomes Lighting benefits from 33.3% of Xin Zhao's lifesteal and each strike will stack and can apply Determination. 
    • Slash deals 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+ 30% AD) damage. 
    • Thrust deals 30 / 65 / 100 / 135 / 170 (+ 85% AD) damage. 
    • The duration on his other abilities is paused during the effect. 
    • Deals only 50% damage against minions.
  • Audacious Charge - E 
    • Mana cost reduced to 50 from 60. 
    • Base damage reduced to 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 from 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230. 
    • NEW EFFECT: Grants 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds after reaching his target. This is repurposed from Battle Cry's Active, value unchanged.
  • Crescent Guard - R 
    • Renamed to Crescent Guard from Crescent Sweep. 
    • NEW PASSIVE - CHALLENGE: The last enemy champion that Xin Zhao attacked or targeted with Audacious Charge is Challenged for 3 seconds. 
    • REMOVED: Bonus resistances. 
    • NEW EFFECT: For the next 3 seconds, Xin Zhao gains Awareness, taking 100% reduced damage from enemies who are more than 450 units away from him. Basic attacks and abilities versus champions will extend the duration by 0.3 seconds, but the remaining duration cannot exceed 3 seconds.
